- Upload your recent Photo and Signature as per the specification that is given below in this page.
- Preview the Application Form before submitting it.
- Once you have submitted it, upload the handwritten declaration & left-hand thumb impression.
- Once you are done with uploading all the required documents, pay the application fee.
- Pay the application fee as per your category & take a printout of the filled-in HPSCB Application Form 2021.

HPSCB ADMIT CARD 2021:
The candidates need to visit their official website & download the admit card online. The candidates should also take a printout of the Admit Card.
Candidates must get their Valid Photo ID card along with the admit card. Also, a recent passport size photo & thumb impression (in the presence of invigilator only) of the candidate should be attached in the given space on the admit card.

HPSCB SELECTION PROCESS 2021:
Himachal Pradesh State Cooperative Bank will recruit the aspirants via two phases of examination, i.e., Preliminary Examination & Main Examination.
HPSCB EXAMINATION SCHEME / PATTERN 2021:
The online exam for the above posts (Jr. Clerk & Steno/Steno-typists) will be conducted in a two-phase manner, i.e., Phase-I ( Preliminary examination) and Phase-II (Main Examination) through IBPS, Mumbai. Only those candidates who manage to secure at least 45% marks in Phase-II (Main Examination) will be shortlisted to evaluate documents.
Phase-I (Preliminary Examination)-
The Prelims examination will consist of 100 marks which are qualifying only in nature. The points obtained by the candidate in Phase-I (Preliminary Examination) will not be considered while preparing the final merit list. Marking scheme and duration of exam for all posts, i.e., Jr. Clerk (Direct Recruitment), Jr. Clerk (PACS/OCS quota) & Steno/Steno-Typist is described below:

Phase-II (Main Examination)-
For Jr. Clerk (Direct Recruitment) & Steno/Steno-Typist, General Awareness will also include 25% of questions about Himachal Pradesh's General Knowledge. For Jr. For Jr. Clerk under society quota (under PACS/OCS quota), out of 50 questions of General Awareness, 25 questions will include questions on general awareness, and 25 questions will be from Banking including Co-operative Banking and questions about H.P. General Knowledge.

Important- As per the Bank’s Service Rules provisions, the marks for Phase-II (Main Examination) shall be 85 %, and marks for evaluation of documents will be 15 %. Accordingly, Phase-II (Main Examination) will be 85 marks. The evaluation of candidates' documents declared successful in Phase-II (Main Examination) shall be 15 marks per the laid down criteria.
HPSCB SYLLABUS 2021:
The syllabus and level of examination shall be of a minimum level of educational qualification criteria provided for the post accordingly.

English- Sentence Improvement, Vocabulary, Error Spotting, Fillers, Idioms & Phrases, Jumbled Sentences, Reading Comprehension, Grammar, Sentence Completion, Cloze Test, etc.

HPSCB RESULT 2021:
To select candidates, the HPSCB will use the final merit list prepared on the basis of total marks obtained in the online Phase-II (Main Examination) and subsequent evaluation of relevant documents according to the criteria laid out. If two/ more candidates receive equal marks, candidates with higher academic qualifications and those from the state of H.P. will be given preference.
HPSCB MINIMUM QUALIFYING MARKS 2021:
The least qualifying marks in the online examination overall shall be 45% of the total marks prescribed for the written test, meaning that the merit/points of the written exam must not slide off below 45% marks in any case.
HPSCB JOB PROFILE:
- Bank clerical tasks handle consumers and their commercial transactions.
- Assist bank customers as the agents.
- Respond to bank clients' inquiries about financial transactions.
- Customers' deposits & loan payments are processed/ accepted.
- After examining & authenticating customers' signatures on checks, make payments to bank customers.
- Before making payments to consumers, double-check the availability of funds.
- Prepare all deposits & payments in the bank's computer systems and record them.
- Customers should be educated about bank products & services.
- Assist the administrative department with their responsibilities.
- Physically verify the cash & compare it to the bank records.
