XAT or the Xavier Aptitude Test is a highly esteemed national-level management entrance examination overseen and conducted by XLRI, Jamshedpur. MBA/PGDM aspirants are required to sit for this exam. Additionally, 10 other XAMI members and more than 700 major B-schools consider the XAT as an apt qualification parameter for the PG management courses.

Eligibility Criteria for XAT 2022
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have a graduate degree in any field of study from a government-recognized university. Candidates who are awaiting their graduation results, must submit their Final Year certificate and marksheet by the end of their academic year.
Age Limit
Age is no bar for candidates registering for XAT 2022. If candidates have honed their skills, they stand a chance, irrespective of their age.
Nationality
Candidates must be citizens of India to appear for the exam.

How to Apply for XAT 2022
- Visit the official website of XAT.
- Click on the "Register" option.
- Fill in your basic details such as name, address, phone number etc.
- Verify the OTP to confirm your communication details.
- Read the instructions carefully before filling the XAT application form.
- Fill in your particulars carefully.
- Upload a clear, scanned copy of your photograph and signature.
- Make the application fee payment.
- Take a printout of your application and fee receipt for reference.
- Once the registration is successful, you will receive the confirmation by SMS or email.
XAT 2022 Admit card
After filling the application form, eligible candidates can access the admit card from the official XAT website. Admit cards will be available on 20 December 2021.
XAT Reservation List 2022
The XAT committee has no reservation guideline of its own for XAT 2022, however candidates are well-advised to check the official website of their preferred institute to know more about the reservation guidelines followed by the colleges accepting XAT as a viable parameter for admission.

Here are some additional details regarding the exam:
- XAT 2022 will be conducted in online.
- There will be 100 MCQs
- The total marks will be 100 marks.
- The duration of XAT 2022 will be 180 minutes.
- For each correct answer, candidates will be awarded 1 mark.
- For each wrong answer, 0.25 mark will be deducted.
- The difficulty level for XAT 2022 will be moderate to difficult.

Any candidate interested in cracking XAT should plan to do the following:
