Eligibility Criteria for MAH - LL.B CET 2021
Nationality
Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
Educational Qualification
For a five-year LL.B degree - Candidates who have passed the 10th and 12th or equivalent from a recognised board with a minimum of 45% in the qualifying examination are eligible to apply.
For a three-year LL.B degree - Candidates must have a minimum three-year bachelor's degree or equivalent (under the 10+2+3 format) from a recognised university with a minimum 45% aggregate in the qualifying examination are eligible to apply.
The minimum qualifying marks for SC, ST candidates is 40% and 42% for VJNT, SBC and OBC candidates.
Age
There is no age limitation applicable for both the three-year and five-year LL.B courses.

How to Apply for MAH - LL.B CET 2021

- You will find the link for MAH-LL.B CET 2021 under the "Undergraduate courses" section.
- As you click on the examination link, you will be redirected to a new page.
- Click on "New Registration"
- Read the prerequisites mentioned for the examination carefully.
- Fill in the registration details and set a strong password for your profile.
- Now go to "Registered Candidate's Login" and enter your credentials.
- Complete the rest of the application form.
- Upload the required documents.
- Pay the examination fee through any one of the acceptable payment methods.
- After the transaction is successful, take a printout of your application form for future reference.

Selection Process
Admission into LL.B degree through MAH-LL.B CET happens in two stages -
- Common Entrance test
- Common Admission Procedure
After the declaration of the test results, the state CET cell will release a counselling schedule for Common Admission Procedure. Candidates must register for CAP through an online portal and upload documents for verification. After verification of documents, the cell will rule out the seat allocation. Candidates who have been granted seats in participating colleges must report to the college and secure their seats by paying the course fee.

Marking Scheme: All questions will be provided with four alternatives, out of with one is correct.
- Each question will carry 1 mark.
- There is no negative marking.
- The questions will be in English and Marathi.

Preparation tips for MAH - LL.B CET 2021
- Take up mock tests to assess your level of preparation. It gives you a chance to work on areas in which you are lagging and improve the efficiency of your practice. Solving online mock tests will also help with time management skills.
- For general awareness, make a habit of reading newspapers every day. The Hindu and Indian Express are recommended. Make a note of important events as you go.
