Bihar B.Ed. Common Entrance Test (CET) 2021 is a state-level entrance exam organized every year by Lalit Narayan Mithila University (LNMU). This entrance exam is conducted to selected the candidates for admission to 2 years B.Ed. (Bachelors of Education) programme. The candidates who are shortlisted for the examination will be admitted to the B.Ed. Program at various B.Ed. Institutes in Bihar.

BIHAR B. Ed. CET ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 2021:

Applicants appearing for the Bihar B.Ed. CET (Common Entrance Test) must be aware of the eligibility criteria laid down by the LNMU (Lalit Narayan Mithila University), the conducting body of the exam. The eligibility criteria are mentioned below in detail-

Academic Qualifications RequiredApplicants with at least 50% aggregate either in the Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3)or Master’s Degree in Social Science/Science/Commerce/Humanity or Bachelors in Engineering/ Technology with specialization in Science & Mathematics with 55% aggregate or any other qualification equivalently.
Reservation RuleThe reservation in seats & relaxation in the qualifying marks for WBC/SC/ST/ BC/EBC/Differently abled & other categories shall be as per the Government norms of Bihar.
Eligibility for Shiksha SastriCandidates with at least 50% marks either in the Bachelor's Degree (10+2+3) with Sanskrit (as the main subject) and Master’s Degree in Sanskrit/Archarya in traditional Sanskrit Shastra with 50% marks or any other qualification equivalent to that are eligible for admission to the Shiksha Shastri (B.Ed.) programme.

Section Wise Bihar B.Ed. CET 2021 Exam Pattern-

Bihar B.Ed. CET 2021 exam shall be conducted offline for a total duration of two hours duration. Candidates need to answer 120 MCQs. Each question will have four options, of which they have to select the appropriate answer & mark them on the OMR sheet along with the Question Booklet. The candidate must use a black/blue pen only on the examination. A total of 120 questions will be there in the paper. The examination will consist of a total of 120 marks. The medium of the paper will be Hindi or English.

Bihar B.Ed. CET 2021 Marking Scheme-

The candidates will be given four options for each question. Out of the four options, the candidates will have to choose the correct answer and mark it in the OMR sheet. One mark will be scored for one correct answer, and there will be no negative marking for Bihar B.Ed. CET 2021. Zero marks will be granted for an unattempted question, or if the candidate marks more than one answer in a question.
